We take all complaints very seriously as we set high standards for ourselves and our suppliers to bring you the best EV subscription service we can.

We want all of our subscribers to love driving with us, but if you want to make a complaint then we welcome your feedback.

We aim to read complaints and let you know we’ve received them within one working day.

If your complaint needs further investigation, it may take us a little longer to get a final response to you, so please bear with us.
